Court Testimony
As a Supervisor of Visitations with A Child’s Time, I can also provide testimony in family court regarding the observations made during supervised visitations. My role in testifying is to offer a neutral, fact-based account of the interactions between the parent and child during the visits. This testimony can be critical in custody or visitation disputes, as it provides the court with direct insights into the quality of the parent-child relationship, the behavior of both parties, and any significant events that occurred during the visits.
When I testify, I remain impartial, focusing solely on what I observed without taking sides or offering personal opinions. My testimony can serve to clarify or supplement written reports, providing the court with a clearer understanding of how visits are conducted, the child’s responses, and whether the visits are conducted in a manner that supports the child's best interests.
This testimony, along with the documented reports, can help the court make informed decisions regarding custody, visitation rights, and the overall welfare of the child.
